Last night a friend Karen organized a dinner for a few of us at the W… Nice hotel, pretty swank… We had a set menu, Chicken, Sashimi, lamb, hamour, snap peas… Pretty good… The best thing about it was the way it was all served. There were 11 of us in the party, and they just put all the food into serving dishes and put it on the table, so there was enough of each thing for each person to have one. there was a lot of conversation stimulated by everyone looking at the food at a whole, rather than individually admiring each others choices off the menu… Good food, good company, great conversation…
